Deven came on site immediately to assess and determined that the fence was dangerous so he took action dismantling a portion of it and tieing the remainder back. After further inspection he determined that whoever had originally installed the fence had installed it completely wrong and it caused damage to the roof that rotted underneath. After roof and structural remediation, we reinstalled the rooftop fence w/ proper roofing sealant and Frank was very happy.
