Deven discussed with the property manager about installing a cedar horizontal board fence which tied in very nicely to the condo unit’s horizontal siding. He also measured the average height of several cars parked near the proposed location and explained that due possible snow build up from plowing the fence should be set approx 18” off the ground, and approximately 2’ from the curb. The fence was installed in a day as specified and the neighbor was very happy
